Repair window was good but Go to pick up window that they called was done only to find there was dirt and a bug between the two panes. Said come back in 30 minutes. Over 1-1/2 hour later and still not done. Where is the quality control. Gave us $20 back.

I had a very challenging repair to half of an oval glass-topped table and Adams did a superb job. I took in the intact half of the table, they made a pattern, and within a couple of days the glass was ready to be re-inserted in the table frame. Kegan, the technician who helped me, was very polite, professional, and obviously experienced in thinking up creative solutions to my problem. He helped me figure out how to repair the table, came to my house and inserted the glass into the table frame, and made sure it was a complete table again. He even made some later adjustments to the table to make sure I was happy with the job. I recommend this company Adams that did a superb job, and has experienced office help and technicians.

I worked with Adams Glass about two years ago to replace a piece of glass in my door, and the experience was excellent. Their customer service was great, and the turnaround time for the custom glass was fast. I recently reached out again for a similar project, and they exceeded expectations once more. The custom glass was cut and ready even faster than the estimated timeline. I was a bit concerned that I may have provided inaccurate measurements the second time around, but they reassured me everything would fit perfectly, and it did. The finished result looks great, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for custom glass. Adams Glass was fantastic.

I called to get an estimate over the phone to have a window panel repaired. I was told the cheapest way to do it was to bring the window in, let them get measurements and then bring it back to be replaced. I took it in. The woman in the office were so helpful and their helper the dog was so cute and friendly. They told me there was a possibility the window might get replaced before 4pm due to me bringing it in later in the day. I was surprised because I didnt expect it. And yes my window was replaced. I was so happy. Great customer service and thank God for the repair man who was able to do it right away! I definitely recommend them.

Installer was great. Was told installation would be on Monday. They called Wednesday night and would be there Friday 8:00AM. Great! Got a call around 9:30AM saying he is on his way, showed up at11:00AM. I live 1.5 miles from their shop, in that time I could have walked here! His paperwork stated to be here at 1:30PM! After he finished he needed final payment then and there, told him I'll drop a check Monday morning. The office didn't want to hear this and demanded payment right there and now or he will take the glass back! Told him if that's way they want it, then I would get a hammer and he can have the glass back in pieces! After a couple of wrong amounts for the check (3 different amounts and 2 wasted checks) he went on his way. Found out as he was leaving explaining my displeasure, I was informed the company was sold a short time ago and I was dealing with new owners. NEVER MORE!!!
